• Hemkund Saibh Registration: It is mandatory to register for the Hemkund Saibh Yatra as per the government guidelines. Registration can be done online at Char Dham Yatra Uttarakhand Tourist Care Registration.
• Hotel/Guest House Facilities: Hotels/Guest House offer basic amenities such as long-slot toilets, hot and cold water, restaurants.
• Food: Satvik/Veg food will be provided on a fixed-menu basis, including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Horse, Dolly, Kandi Booking: These can be booked directly at Govindghat/Pulna by the guest or arranged in advance at additional charges, depending on availability.
• Transport Services: Transport will be provided as per the vehicle type specified. AC will be not available during hill drives, depending on road conditions.
• Helicopter Tickets: Helicopter tickets for Govindghat to Ghanghria can be booked online via. https://www.heliyatra.irctc.co.in/
• Customization or any modification of the package will result in revised pricing based on the updated requirements.
• Hotels, flights, and itineraries are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Check-in and check-out times must be followed as per hotel policies.
• Triple sharing accommodation will include a rollaway bed or mattress.
• Any changes to the itinerary are subject to operational requirements.
