  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Any other things not mentioned on inclusions.
  • Visa compliance, valid travels, and operational flexibility in itineraries.
  • Hotels/flights/itineraries/routes are subject to change without notice.
  • Triple occupancy includes an additional mattress or rollaway bed.
  • Seat selection on flights is subject to availability.
  • Tour cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy apply.
  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
  • A 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be applied on the total package cost for international travel packages.
  • TCS is mandatory as per Section 206C of the Income Tax Act. 
  • TCS is not an additional cost or tax it can be adjusted against your income tax liability.
  • Any excess TCS paid can be claimed as a refund.

 

Series Departure payment, passport Submission & cancellation policy:-

  • Please be informed that passports must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of departure from Bali to return to India.
  • Passport copies , Pan cards ,should be submitted at time of Booking .
  • If passport copies are not submitted by D-15 then seats will be released without prior notice.
  • Service voucher will be released at D-7 & Flight Tickets will be shared at D-3

 

 

  • Full payment must be made 30 days before departure.
  • For bookings within 20 days, 100% payment is required upfront.
  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies
  • Booking amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees vary based on the timeline before departure (e.g., 40%-100% of package cost depending on the cancellation date).
  • For bookings, payment is required of a 50% deposit.
  • If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the departure date, a management fee of approximately INR15,000 per seat will be charged. 
  • If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the departure date, the entire 50% advance payment will be forfeited as bookings are non-refundable within D-30
  • The remaining 50% balance payment for the all-flight departure must be settled by D-30. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking by Balitrip, and all advance payments will be forfeited.
