TRANSFER POLICY:-

• Speedboat Transfer:
• Please note speedboat transfers are always booked on shared basis from Male airport. to avail Speedboat Transfers; guest might have to wait for 02-03 hrs as they are booked as per the arrival details of the guest arriving during the same time for this particular resort
• Resort and One Above will not be responsible for natural situation (Bad Weather) or third-party situations for cancellations/reschedule, though this is our humble approach towards assisting in the best practice. Speedboat operations are not controlled by the resort or One Above. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for any cancellation of Speedboat Transfer.
• Seaplane -Domestic Transfers:
• To take the last Sea Plane transfer which departs at 1600 Hrs the international flight must reach before 1500 Hrs at Velena International Airport Maldives.
• Please note Seaplane /Domestic Flight transfers are always booked on shared basis from Male airport. to avail Speedboat Transfers; guest might have to wait for 03-05 hrs as they are booked as per the scheduled seaplane or domestic flight timings.
• Please note decision of booking a particular domestic flight or seaplane timings is completely a discretion of resort and Airline/Seaplane Team as this depends on date of the booking and availability of seats on the carrier.
• Please note it is important to provide the international flight details 07 days prior to arrival in order to get the best airline/Seaplane connection.
• If International flights are delayed and guest miss their SEAPLANE transfer, One Above will not be responsible for the same.

Important Note:

HOTELS & ROOMS

• Hotels and Rooms quoted above are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Resort has a right to change the sequence of Rooms categories at the time of check in – split stay pattern, which is subject to availability.
• Please note that we do not hold any villas during inquiry stage, therefore the rooms will be subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of Government tax increase, or any other increase which are independent of the resort
• Quote may vary at the time of confirmation; in case the in the change number of passengers, dates changes or Resort offers.
• Kindly do “Reply All” to revert, using same trail mail without changing the subject line or deleting the addresses CCs in mail for better Co-ordination & to avoid Query Duplications.
• Security Deposit- Please note some of the of the Hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Crossroads & IHG has a worldwide policy, especially with 5-star category hotels. The resorts might charge standard deposit amount of approx. US$100 - US$300 per night (depending on category of resorts). This will be used against the incidental during the stay (food and beverage, spa, water sport, etc). Upon check out if there is any balance amount left, resorts will return it to the guest.
• Honeymoon & Wedding anniversary Policy: Whichever resort provides the honeymoon freebies and anniversary Freebies - Wedding certificate (not more than 06 months) (must be submitted upon booking request and upon arrival to avail the benefits. If the same is not presented upon check in, then honeymoon freebies will not be given to the guest.
• Rooming is provided as per the maximum occupancy of the room category as per resort policy; we are not authorized to provide any extra adult or child in a room beyond policy.
• No blocking of rooms is allowed in Maldives , booking is confirmed  & cancellation Policy will be applicable as advised .

Payment Policy:-

• One above has a standard policy of XE + 1 for bank transaction.
• ROE will be applicable of the day when the payment will be done, subject to change.
• 5% TCS will be applicable
• As per the RBI mandate, it is compulsory to collect below documents to complete payment procedure.
• Indian passport Copy (FIRST & LAST PAGE COPIES) (NO O.C.I.).
• Color Pan card Copy (OF TRAVELING PAX ONLY)
• Flight Ticket Copy (PDF FORMAT ONLY)
• TCS Challan/TCS declaration form (attach stamp & signed on company letter head)
• Cancellation Policy will be shared on email – deadline for payment will be applicable accordingly , Full payment prior 07 days before cancellation period  is required.
