Day 01

Arrival Singapore- Gardens by the Bay tour

Arrive Singapore- a sunny, tropical island in Southeast Asia, off the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. Singapore, officially the Republic of Singapore, is known as the Lion City (Singapura). On arrival pick up from airport and transfer to hotel.

(Standard check in time is 1400 to 1500 Hrs).

Around 14:30 hrs: Proceed to Gardens by the bay tour (Cloud Forest + Flower Dome). Visit observation deck- Marina Bay Sands Sky Park-Soak in panoramic views of Singapore's iconic skyline at the Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR TAXES:

It remains the responsibility of Paradise Unexplored to collect and file Tax Collected at Source (‘TCS’) under section 206C(1G) as may be legally applicable, Your Vacation will not be liable/responsible for any TCS payment collection or filling.

The following documents are mandatory upon booking confirmation.

  • 1) VISA copy of every Passenger. 2) PAN CARD copies of every Passenger. 3) PASSPORT copies of every Passenger. 4) FLIGHT TICKET copy of every Passenger. 5) TCS Declaration.

Please be informed that from 1st of July 2023 passenger’s PAN must be linked with Aadhar, without which we will not accept as valid documents.

 

**These rates are based on Singapore dollar may vary at time of booking.**

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
  • Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
  • Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
  • If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ SMS / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
  • No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
  • Initiation of booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and, in that case, we will only be liable to make refund of the advance amount collected, if any.

SPECIAL NOTE: Read, understood and accepted the contents herein prior to booking of travel tour components. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this communication as a token of having accepted the Cancellation policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking and this communication supersedes any previous communication on this subject. HOW TO BOOK YOUR PACKAGE?

To book your package kindly follow the below steps:
Standard Booking Procedure

Booking within 10 days of date of travel.

  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

Booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel.

  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

Booking within more than 20 days of date of travel.

  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 25, 000/- per person at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition. 

  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Passport photocopy (first and last page). Passport should be valid for minimum 06 months from date of return.
  • PAN card copy required for billing. The cost of outbound package tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to RBI/GOI regulation) except cost of ticket.
  • Traveling passenger signed booking form & passport condition form.

Note: Cruise payment & any non- refundable tour component like airline ticket etc. to be paid 100% in advance in addition to above booking advance.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • At the time of Booking you must pay INR 30000/- per person.
  • Booking advance amount on holding of tour components, additional INR. 25,000/- Per Person before Visa processing or 45 days prior to travel date whichever is earlier.
  • Balance amount or Full and Final Payment must be made before 1 month prior to the Departure or prior to document dispatch of tour package, whichever is earlier.
  • You may make payment subject to following guidelines:
  • You may make payment by CASH DEPOSIT at our office/direct cash deposit in any of our designated Bank Account/s must be less than Rs 199000/-. For any clarification you must call us (executive dealing with your booking) before depositing cash amount in our Bank Account as any excess payment will attract penalty u/s 271DA of Income Tax Act. (We discourage cash transactions)
  • You may make payment by Pay Order/Demand Draft
  • In case payment is made by Local Cheque you must deliver the same to us at least 07-10 working days prior to the delivery date. Payment by cheque is subject to, including but not limited to, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 

Booking Amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour package. Cancellation request be given in writing/ mail only. Cancellation charges are applicable even if the tour is canceled for reasons whatsoever including but not limited to medical condition or pregnancy or any unfortunate happening incident with self, co-traveler, member of family/ relative/ friends/ relations, examination date, attending court dates etc.

CANCELLATION if made CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON
Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure INR 25,000 + Special Component like Visa / Cruise / Air Ticket once booked are Non-Refundable
Between 45 to 15 days of tour departure: 75% of tour package cost + Special Component like Visa / Cruise / Air Ticket once booked are Non-Refundable
Between 15 days of tour departure: 100% of tour package cost
If the client is NO SHOW (failing to avail tour package) 100% of tour package cost
