Then, time for Swiss shopping. second half of the day explores Lucerne, famed for the Lion Monument and Kappel brucke Bridge, with time for Swiss shopping. Price of Package* comprises of Euro and INR components. Price of Package* is calculated on the basis of Per Person and it may differ from time to time, as the same consists of Foreign Currency components, and as all the payments being made to the foreign country are to be made in foreign currency, which is highly volatile and is also subject to change / fluctuation.)
All payments being made by the Traveller shall be first adjusted towards the INR component as the remittance to the Hotel is made only after you make the complete payment of the price of package being booked by you. As the same is to be sent abroad and since the package comes under the 100% confirmation slab and shall attract clause of 100% cancellation if cancelled by you.
Important Note on Foreign Exchange Component
The above offer is being made subject to availability and is based on a notional EURO rate of Rs 101/,* as the bench mark rate taken uniformly as EURO is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary/handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Further, we request you not to get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying/selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site. To avoid the impact of any future fluctuation you can freeze the package cost by making 100% payment of the package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking, or within 5 days of it. Further, after making the 100% payment package shall come under the 100% confirmation slab and shall attract clause of 100% cancellation if cancelled by you. There will be Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable extra as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf. Alternately, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at the time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.
CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON
1. Prior to 60 or more days of tour departure - Rs 50,000/-
2. Between 59 to 30 days prior to tour departure: 50% of the tour package cost or Rs.1,00,000/- whichever is higher.
3. Between 29 to 15 days prior to tour departure:- 75% of the tour package cost
4. Between 14 to 0 days prior to tour departure:- 100% of the tour package cost
4. If the client is NO SHOW (failing to avail the tour package) - 100% of the tour package cost
Cancellation terms – visa rejection:
Should The Visa Get Rejected For Any Reason, Cancellation charges will be applicable as below: If Rejection is notified by you to company 60 days or more prior to date of travel – Visa charges + Service chare INR 10000 per person
1. If Rejection is notified by you to company 45 days or more prior to date of travel - INR 35000 per person + Visa charges + Any Special components like Train/ Cruise / Air Ticket Etc. once issued are Non Refundable
2.If Rejection is notified by you to company between 44-31 days prior to date of travel - Minimum INR 50000 Per Person + Visa charges + Any Special components like Train/ Cruise / Air Ticket Etc. once issued are Non Refundable
3. If Rejection is notified by you to company between 30-15 days prior to date of travel - Rs70000/- per person + + Visa charges + Any Special components like Train/ Cruise / Air Ticket Etc. once issued are Non Refundable
4. If Rejection is notified by you to company between 8-14 days prior to date of travel -75% of the total package cost+ Any Special components like Train/ Cruise / Internal Air Ticket Etc. once issued are Non Refundable
5. If Rejection is notified by you to company Within 14 days prior to travel date -100% of the package cost
